Golden Rod

What is it?
Also known as woundwort and Aaron's rod, golden rod has diuretic, anti-inflammatory, anti-micorbial and astrigent actions.
What it does in the body
Golden rod is used to treat kidney and urinary infections and stones. It can also be used to treat respiratory catarrh and arthritis.
